Ok, i have made an awesome stock, but was wanting to give the soup a bit of body to it so it isnt just noodles, stock and some floating vege....do i simmer the stock with some split peas, barley or the like, also, what sort of noodles to you prefer in your chicken noodle soup, i have an egg noodle but also looked at the singapore noodles
