i want to make this but i dont have muffin mix.... what do i substitute with? just regular self raising flour??

maybe not SR flour, but I would do a basic savoury muffin mixture using flour, BP, butter, salt, buttermilk, sour cream and eggs and add the other ingreds. I did a search and found a substitute for the Jiffy Corn Muffin mix.. 2/3 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup yellow corn meal 3 Tbsp granulated sugar 1 Tbsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 2 Tbsp vegetable oil 1 egg 1/3 cup milk As you can see, the mix isn't just flours.
