I am wanting to make a smoked fish pie, I haven't got my fish yet so not sure what type it will be but I am looking for a great recipe if you have one

The fish pie I do is on Valentino's link too. I like smoked Kahawai or mullet as for a pie I prefer a stronger flavoured fish to get the flavour out through everything and save the smoked snapper etc for eating on its own.

I always make Jamie Olivers fish pie.It's gorgeous and I always get so many compliments on it.
