I have been given 2 of these and have a nice recipe for Red Wine & Plum Casserole, I am a bit reluctant to just have them quickly fried as I am having them for a group meal!! Would it be ok to slice them and use them in the casserole...Or any other suggestions. Thanks

Thanks, I just wasn't sure how the "hunters" would feel about a Red wine casserole" hahaha, they usually like their meat - just meat -... If you can make it down here for tea at 7.00 you are welcome :)

Well I'm a "Hunter" and I would be happy with that, particularly with plums in there.
