Can I freeze home made sausage rolls?

I want to cook a large quantity and would love to do them ahead of time. Has anyone done this and frozen them/ How do they heat up again without going soggy or being unsafe?

Ofcourse you can. No different to the commercial frozen savouries you can buy at the supermarket.

I actually mean pre-cooked ones. I thought the ones you buy are uncooked but I may be wrong. I don't want to poison anyone or offer a soggy mess. Ideas please

I was refering to precooked ones too :)
You can buy frozen precooked savouries from Couplands & the supermakets that reheat fine. There is no danger of food poisoning & they crisp up nicely on a flat baking tray. Just defrost them the morning you want to serve them.
Hope this helps.
