google for a recipe with what it is you are going to use to make wine with. I am done making wine, to drink at the moment. I have over the years made some very nice wine, never made vinegar by mistake. I now make wine just to make vinegar with. Wine is so cheap to buy, these days. The last lot of wine I made that was really nice, came in the way of a cardboard box. Made 30 bottles, $30.00. Done. I have one more box to make up, I bought two boxes in a clearance sale. I think the normal price is way over that. I just cannot get started, keener to make vinegars. We found some red wine on the shelf, not long ago for $3.45 a bottle. We bought one, tried it in the parking lot, went back in and cleared the shelf. tut tut. maybe it should have been $13.45.We keep looking, for a re-run. lol.

What type of recipe are you looking for jes.c ? I have some recipes for fruit liqueurs which I can post.
