Yum!!We used to have them roasted with Sunday dinner.Haven't had them in years but love them.You can also make soup but we only ever had them roasted.

Yeah I love them too, my parents hate them lol got some tubers? off TM last year and I have heaps now :D Have had roasted too, should hunt out a soup recipe

Ohh.. aren't they yummy.. have seen them on Trademe too - they're nice scrubbed then steamed or boiled and cooled.. keep in the fridge for yummy finger-food snacks..
