Last night for a birthday dinner I decided at the last minute to make truffles... I melted chocolate together with cream and poured it over my leftover shortbread and wine biscuit crumbs, chopped up crystalised strawberries and finally but not least... 1/4c baileys irish cream!Rolled in flaked, shaved whit choc and froze till chilled.Sooooo delish!Strawberries gave a slight chew to them.
