Who freezes sushi?

I was going to make sushi for tea but have had a change of plans. I know you can buy frozen sushi so I'm wondering if I should make it up and try freezing it or if it would be better just to freeze the rice instead? I always find yesterday's sushi is not that nice.

Any ideas please?

rice best eaten the day it is made. It will grow bacteria very quickly.

You can freeze the rice once cooked......still works fine when taken out and defrosted.Do you it all the time.Cook up a big batch and divide it up....otherwise you are cooking little amounts each time you want sushi...
