Does anyone have a peanut slice recipe with minced peanuts and egg white as the topping

put some short pastry in a sponge roll tin, thick layer of rasberrry jam over the top. whip two egg whites with 1/2 cup of sugar until stiff and add a good cup of minced peanuts. Done-bake
