I have to make a Pork n Pineapple dish for a large crowd.Any good idea's on recipes?

1500 or more grms pork pieces, kumara chunks to suit, ¾ cup white sugar, ¾ cup brown sugar, 3 tbspns mustard, 3 tbspns Worcestershire sauce, large can pineapple pieces in juice, 6 tbspn cornflour blended with 1½ cup water/ Preheat oven to 160 - 170degrees C.Brown pork then mix all ingredients in a large casserole dish.Bake for 2 hours at 160 – 170o C.Serve with rice.
