Help... can you successfully freeze

pumpkin chutney that is 2/3rds cooked?I have to use up the veges but don't have enough jars to 'bottle' the chutney, is par cooking then freezing an option? Thanks.

Hi radark, any idea how long it'll last in the fridge?I was planning to put it into icecream containers until I could lay my hands on a sufficient amount of jars.
