Is it safe to freeze butternut soup with milk in

Hi everyone. I made a lovely pot of butternut soup for the first time. Problem is that no else in the family eats it. I need to know if it is safe to freeze and reheat with milk already added to it. TIA

I would thinks yes. You can freeze milk. Just reheat slowly once thawed.

MY son, a trained chef makes the most divine butternut pumpkin soup with a bit of cream in it. It freezes very well.

would the chef share his recipe.
In our local paper, it had an article on butternuts, and watties use them in their pumpkin soup, and a few other tinned products.
I saw some at vegy roadside for $2.50 each,..thought that was a little expensive tho.
