I have an excessive amount of feta cheese, was wondering what i could make with it that would use all or most of it at least

Make a big quiche and crumble it up into it.It makes a lovely thick yummy bacon and egg pie or quiche

bake it in a tin foil package,just drizzle with a little o/oil, and add a liitle flavour ie garlic or chilli flakes , bake approx 15 min until soft ...Yum

You can freeze it too if you can't use it up quickly enough.
