I want to make lots of sprouts for the green smoothies..so I am not sure if the jars will be big enough. Do you have any sprouting tips?

I always wash my seeds before using with hot water, it seems to stimulate them into sprouting quicker.

i use a jar and a mesh lid and always have trouble getting them to sprout quickly enough ...any other tips would be great
