I haven't tried this sauce - but it does sound nice to me - so if you can help please make your comments .Many thanks.

Yup. VERY tricky sauce so pay close attention. Add green peppercorns to pan as you are frying the steak. When the steak is done to your liking take it out to rest, add some cream to the pan and stir over heat until it thickens (about a minute). Pour on steak. SOOOO good. Ok, so it doesn't have garlic in it but I can't see why the same principle wouldn't apply if you added it with the peppercorns.
