tzatziki (sp!) - yoghurt with grated cucumber, garlic, salt and pepper, lemon juice, and mint (optional)

For Middle Eastern kebabs or kofte I like a sauce of Greek-style yoghurt with garlic, chopped preserved lemon and mint (either dried mint or fresh mint or both).
