Morning all, I need a recipe for an easy cookie dough that I can make with Miss 4 and make animal cookies.TIA

1 cup sugar, 125 grams butter creamed,add 1 egg, beat well then 1 1/2 cups flour mixed with 1 tsp BP.You can then add in whatever you like, sultanas, chocolate chips, cocoa.Sometimes this dough is soft and sometimes not - if it looks too soft add up to 1/2 cup of extra flour.I'd just pat this out (rather than rolling) to press out shapes.OR she could just make little balls and press them down with a fork popping half a cherry, a raisin or a smartie on the top before cooking.
