Hi everyone.I have some nice chicken thighs and would like to bake them in the oven with paprika which has been recommended to me.May be a bit of a dumb question... do I have to mix as a paste and apply on the chicken or shake on when it is half baked?

a paste will be easier- mix 2 teesp iwith a little oil and rub all over, but you can do it either way
