Hi everyone. I posted a couple of weeks ago about our Bake Off at work and got some great ideas. This week the theme is 'fruit' - I have a few ideas in mind (like an apple pie - I make a great one, but might not be awesome enough to win!), mini lemon meringue pies and so on, but does anyone have any super awesome ideas? Even if it is something like an apple pie but with a twist... all ideas gratefully received!
