As long as you put it in a freezer bag, I freeze it all the time

Its only 'Re-Chop' in a wheat base, it will freeze fine, it was weird before it went in the freezer lol

Yeah I do.Pat it dry when thawed with paper towels as sometimes can go mouldy quickly with extra moisture from thawing.

I use the roll luncheon, buy 2 every fortnight and I always freeze one. Comes out as good as gold. Use to buy sliced luncheon and freeze too, no problems.
