Cooking a big leg of lamb

its about 3kg. Which is big for us. how do u cook urz? I have some dried rosemary can i use this?

Cut it in half. keep half for another time.

I put slivers of garlic in my roast lamb and roast it on a bed of fresh rosemary.

OMG I'm droolling....garlic & rosemary is awesome rubbed into roast lamb.
Gee your lucky - we just can't afford Lamb roast anymore :(

Meats a treat alright. Two skinny old shanks in the local supermarket today $9.95!!!! Someone out there but not the grower is making a mint.

Being one of the 'growers' I can assure you we are not making a mint unfortunately - I think the 'mint' happens a bit further passed the farm gate!

lol so am i tomorrow night, i do mine in a oven bag at 160' for as long as it takes, in the oven bag i put peppercorns, a few sprigs of rosemary, salt, pinch of curry powder, handful of garlic cloves and a small lentgh of orange peel....comes out beaut everytime...
