What chocolate do you use! I got a chocolate fondue for christmas and wondered if I buy cooking chocolate or if just an ordinary bar works. what is the nicest! Will mix with cream as it said above.Thanks.

You can buy Nestle chocolate melts - it's cooking chocolate, that tastes just devine! Cadbury cooking chocolate is available in some stores too.

You might have already done it, but yes - half and half, just like a ganache.Yum!
