Since I gave up eating red meat nearly one year ago, been on the look out for a nice chicken and mushroom lasange recipe .... preferably not tomato based.Any of you ladies got a nice recipe??

Not tomato based... ohhhh... hmmm...
Could you make a creamy mushroom and chicken sauce.... maybe little white wine, some chicken stock, fresh thyme, garlic, pepper... ?You could use finly sliced celery, onions, carrots if you wanted to add some more veges... layer and cook in a similar way...
