I watched Alex's Day off and she marinated her chicken pieces in a mixture of yoghurt and sour cream, then coated them in a seasoned flour mix before deep frying.looked fantastic

You can buy Southern Fried Seasoning (like breadcrumbs) at the Supermarket. Toss the nibbles in that and then bake in the oven.
