I have some left over cooked white rice, I had vsions of cooking some egg and mushroom through it.
How would I do this?Any tips (no laughing!)

Make an omelete with the egg and chop it up. Heat a good amount of rice bran oil until it is very hot and throw in some diced onoins and cook for a minute. Throw in the diced mushrooms (and whatever other veges you want). Cook for another minute then throw in the rice. Season with soya suace (not too much) salt and pepper. and stir through the omelete
