Fondant is it pettinice or something else????

Pettinice is a trade name of fondant from Bakels, which is what we cake decorators prefer to use.Countdown or Wollies have it.Much cheaper than buying from the cake decorating shop.When rolling it out use a cooking spray on bench top and rolling pin.Great stuff.

Yeah I never go near any other brand. I get mine from write price, which usually sells it for $3.99, compared to up to $8 elsewhere (trish you are right, I paid $14 once in desperation, from a cake shop).Goodluck Deborah, lots of support and advice here if you need help on the way :)
