Gingernuts filled with marmalade

Anyone know how to make these biscuits/cakes

Never heard of them with Marmalade.
Only made where place biscuits in patty tins & warm. When they are softish press down into mould & leave in oven a short time.
I fill with whipped cream & fruit.

yep, they are nice.....jessie981.... You can fill them with lots of nice things. Cheese cake mixture is a hit. I must remember the next time I make cheese cakes to pipe the mixture into some. A nice extra plate, on the table, decorating them just for the little ones, will make sure there is enough for the midnight snack. lol.

do the gingernuts go real hard again when making these.
The last packet I bought, was super hard.

Don't use Griffins. they are too thick. Plain pack or similiar are best.
