We are having Fish Burgers for dinner and I have bought some Tarakihi but don't know what the best way to cook it would be - should I crumb it with flour or just pan fry as is - whats the nicest ?

Personal choice. I'd marinate in beaten egg & cushed garlic, then crumb. Chips & salad with that?

I'd probably crumb it because it might flake up otherwise?

If it is going into a burger, I would flour,egg and breadcrumb and lightly pan fry.
