We have no hot water cylinder cupboard. & no where warm to leave in the sun . How do you rise the buns before baking ?

Under a lamp, on your lap while you watch TV, On the edge of the stove after cooking.

Also, use a hot water bottle, wrap with toweling so as not to overheat.

I put warmish water in a pot and place my bowl with dough on top of that and replace the water when it cools down with more warm water.

i put mine in oven on mini mum setting, just when the light jumps on. Has always worked for me. With my old stove which had a dicky thermostat, I used to use the electric blanket on 1, in bed,place buns under a carton for protection.

We use a similar method to #3, but warm a wheat bag- works well
