Do I not rinse the rice after cooking - do I use the absorption method?

Just cook the rice how you usually do..... I cook mine in the rice cooker

they will now, when they taste this salad.I made it once for a bbq and my friends dad who "hates" rice had to take a 'doggie bag' of brown rice salad home!! lol
