I made some in the weekend and I only had a muffin pan that was too big for the cupcake cases so just laid them out on a tray but they burnt a little on the bottom. Would I have been better to just have used the muffin tin or can you get mini muffin tins?

You can get mini muffin tins and mini muffin papers. The mini pans come in either 12 or 24 cup. Cup size approx 3 x 4.5cm

love my mini silicon muffin tins!! I make up a lollicake batch as normal and seperate it out into the iddy biddy tins... nom nom nom lolliecake bite sized!!
