The orange and choc chip muffins
1 orange roughly cut 3/4cp sugar 100g butter 1 egg 1 1/2cups flour pinch salt 1tsp baking powder 1tsp baking soda about cup chocolate chips
pre heat oven to 200 C. Place orange,sugar,and butter in kitchen whizz and process until well mixed Add egg and milk and mix well Add combined dry ingred and gently pulse to combine Do not over mix Spoon into muffin pans and bake 12-15minutes springy to touch

Going by the amount of flour used and liquid from the juiced orange, my guess would be approx. 1/3 - a 1/2a cup of milk.

winnie15, that recipe is very much the same as Alison Holst's Golden Orange Muffins except that Alison's recipe doesn't have chocolate chips but instead has ½ cup sultanas and an optional ½ cup chopped walnuts, and also 1 cup sugar instead of the "3/4cp sugar".Alison's recipe has ½ cup milk or orange juice.
