an easy recipe. You spread steak with flour one side and vegemite the other and then added some other ingredients to that. Said it made a delicious gravy - can anyone help please?

O Darn not vegimite, My Husband likes a tsp of vegimite in a cup of boiling water. Just never put it near his meat, lol.
