What brand are you finding stay fresh for a few days. Been getting some from p/s here in Nap, they are beautiful if you buy on the morning they are made, but next day..hard as rocks. Who makes the best that one can buy in supermarket... and that stay soft and fresh for a day or two... going to have a go at making my own, sometime soon.

Korob, freeze them, and take them out as needed. I cut them in to individuals and pop them back into packet before freezing.
