the tree is only ripening real slow thought i would freeze whole till i have enough to make jelly. Do you think they will be ok?

I have never frozen whole fruit, i always take the edible parts and put them in a zip lock with a measured amount in each one. Then when i comes to using them its simple and no mess to defrost and use!
