Love the old Edmonds special toffee recipe. Think that is it listed above, if not it's similar.Hokey Pokey is quite hard first time up Jessie. You have to work really fast and it burns real quick, but oh now I'm craving it!

Yes, thought I was doing so well cooking @ low temp. Haven't made in years& was giving grandie a lesson but sadly all went into the recycling.
