Does anyone have a great recipe?I tried making them with a normal pancake recipe and they came out a little crisp.Leaving them to sit remedied that a bit but I wondered if there was a better recipe that made them floppy and pliable straight out of the pan. I used 1 cup flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp of baking powder and water/milk till it was the consistency I wanted. Maybe it was just my cooking eh
