Do you think it would be okay to freeze left over rotisserie chicken (from day before), and use in a curry at a later date?

i did just the other day... froze left over rotisserie chicken then used it on a pizza (piping hot).and we survived!i don't see why not as it follows the rules of food being ok to freeze again after cooking.and curry will be nice and hot.
