My eggs have frozen!! My Fridge is "on the way out" - freezing / icing up at the back.And now I find my eggs were too far back on fridge tray and have frozen!Can I use them once "defrosted"? |

Tasti brand Whole Almonds (yuck) Went to use them in a date loaf & bottom of sealed jar was crawling! Means that the weevil must have already been in the packet before opening. |

Help with watery homemade sauce! I made a batch of tomato sauce in the crockpot I'm guessing this is why it is watery but what can I do to thicken it before bottling? Could I transfer it to a pot and simmer to try and reduce it? Can you overcook tomato sauce?? Real amateur here! |

Question re: preserving rings after several years languishing in the garage i decided to dig out my preserving jars and kit. to my dismay the preserving rings are coated in surface rust. are these still okay to use, even if i cleaned them up? sorry if this sounds like a stupid q.. |
