Pudding help (using hot cross buns) ideas... we made hot cross buns last night (fail) and they are very hard and crusty but they taste lovely, I really dont want to throw them out would be waste, so need to "refashion" them LOL would it be OK to make a bread and butter pudding out of them,... |

Anyone that makes bannoffi pie with biscuit...... base, how do you get it to stay together and not go all crumbly?I use a basic recipie but the base never seems to set & always ends up crumbly even though I put it in the fridge to set.Any suggestions or even a recipie would be good.Please help me. |

Help with figs (im a fig newbie) ive always just eaten them of the trees but the inlaws tree is loaded and i just happened to beat the birds! and have brought home about 3kgs worth...some arent quite ripe so is there a way to ripen them safely? with fig jam to i have to feel them? |
