have just made a coconut cake which it says to ice with coconut icing, problem is there wasn't a coconut icing recipe in the book. anyone have a good one?

just normal icing and add coconut. Your choice of type of coconut you use, long or short bits:)

I made a hummingbird cake the other day and found I didn't have a great deal of icing sugar - I added coconut to the icing as it went with the tropical flavour of the cake and it was very successful.
