Have just mixed up a lovely chocolate cake, only to discover my cake tin has gone missing! Any ideas on what I can use instead? would tipping it into muffin trays and making muffins with it work? TIA

Do you have a pryex dish. Grease that or better still use baking paper in the dish. You could also make muffins.
