I have a sunbeam one it says setting 2 (55 degress) Apples, core, peel,cut into .5mm slices dry for 8-10 hours Eat as is or add to cakes and slices

Would 55 degrees Celsius be the equivalent oven temperature?Am thinking of dehydrating a surplus of apples in my oven.
