Hi , I want to make this a the weekend but not surewhen it states to sprinkle gelatine over water is this hot water ? ? ? Thanks for any tips and help.

andi. surf, are you using the recipe that was posted by TM's cap? I have used that recipe and have checked it again - IMO you should use cold water and allow the gelatine to swell in the cold water which only takes a few minutes, then continue with this... . . "stand in small saucepan of simmering water, stir until dissolved... "
