rub soft butter into icing sugar so its like bread crumbs. Add lemon juice and electric beat for 5 mins. Or add cocoa and vin ess and a little water then beat for 5 mins!!

Justdo a dark chocolate butter icing, made by beating together 1/2 cup icing sugar, 1- 2 tbsps butter 1 tbsp cocoa. On top of each cupcake you could put awhite chocolate button or a banana chip.
