This MM made these yesterday & very nice. When preparing marshmallow, the better half reckond 1t gelatine to 1c water wasn't going to cut it. She was right. After beating the hell out of it for 20min with nothing happening we resorted to the Edmonds recipe and added 2Tgelatine + 1/2 cup icing sugar. Wonder why the reviews said it was great even with this huge anomaly.
