ham23, try doing a search here on this Trademe MB using rhubarb as the Keyword and Anytime as the Date posted option - you'll find that there are lots of earlier threads with a variety of rhubarb recipes including two of our favourites - Rhubarb Custard Crumble, and Spiced Rhubarb.:-))

Well done.Have fun looking through the recipes and if you still have rhubarb to spare, don't forget that it freezes well and with no more preparation than is needed to cook and serve it fresh i.e. wash, trim and cut the rhubarb into pieces, then freeze it in containers or plastic bags - the raw rhubarb can be used directly from the freezer for our No. 1 favourite, Rhubarb Custard Crumble.Of course, if you prefer the rhubarb can be cooked then frozen.:-))
