Any easy sauce recipes I can make that can be stored or frozen for a few months?? Can you make tomato based pasta sauces that will store in cupboard for months?

Into a blender goes..... a couple of tinned tomatoes chopped garlic chopped celery chopped onion chicken stock fresh or dried thyme, oregano whizz up, place in saucepan & simmer until cooked

Annabel Laingbeins roasted tomato sauce, is beautiful and easy, can be frozen or bottled to use in the winter. Tomato Sauce for pasta, meatballs etc 11/2 kg tomatoes cut into wedges 1 onion peeled cut into wedges 2 red peppers de seeded cut into pieces 4 cloves garlic peeled 1/4 cup tomato paste,2 tablesp oil. 2 tablesp brown sugar, salt/ pepper mixed well then toss over tomatoes in baking tray to coat bake 160 for 2 hours. Cool and blendin F/processor till smooth, bottle or freeze when cool.
