slowly bring to boil, turn down and simmer for 2.1/2hrs.
Put thru mouli.
Bottle with screw bands or.........because i have bad hands, (can't tighten the bands)
I let it go cold, and then put in plastic containers and freeze.
You do need a large size pres pan or huge pot tho...
I got 8 x 500ml containers.

after it has been frozen, if you feel it is too runny, just thicken with a little flour/water .

heres mine but you can also not whiz it or make it thinner with water and serve with spuds or on pasta!

onions sliced
courgettes sliced
tin tomatoes or fresh
tomato paste
salt and pepper
water
you can also add mushroom, peas, beans, corn, herbs etc

Boil for 45 mins. add water to how ever thick or thin you want it.
whiz if you wish.

Even easier
Pour boiling water over roma tomatoes or any other variety, should be very ripe
cook diced celery and carrot in lots of olive oil
Add chicken stock (the house brand from Countdown is good) or vege stock
whizz with a stick mixer until reasonably smooth
Add peeled tomatoes and whizz them
tear up some fresh basil and heat
